In accordance with Article 6-III of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), this legal notice provides users of the AlerteRayon / ShelfAlert website and application (the "Service"), available at https://alerterayon.fr and https://shelfalert.io, with the following information.

The Service is published by:

  • Company name: BIZDI ("BIZDI" or the "Publisher")
  • Legal form: Simplified joint-stock company under French law (société par actions simplifiée, SAS)

2. Publication director

The publication director is Rodolphe Marinier, President of BIZDI, in his capacity as legal representative of the Publisher.

3. Hosting

The Service is hosted by:

  • Google Ireland Limited (Google Cloud Platform and Firebase Hosting services), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data and the application infrastructure are hosted in the Paris region (europe-west9).
  • Supabase (database): infrastructure hosted within the European Union.

5. Intellectual property

The "AlerteRayon" and "ShelfAlert" brands, the domain names alerterayon.fr and shelfalert.io, the logos, the visual identity, the architecture of the Service, its databases and all content published by BIZDI (text, visuals, software) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of BIZDI or its licensors.

The reporting process implemented by AlerteRayon is also the subject of a provisional patent application filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO): status "Patent Pending".

Any reproduction, representation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, of the Service or its content without the prior written consent of BIZDI is prohibited and may constitute infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data carried out as part of the Service is described in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and trackers is described in the Cookie Policy.

7. Contractual documents

Use of the Service is governed by the Terms of Use. Subscription to paid plans is governed by the Terms of Sale.
